I did so because I thought it was cool. ( I was so clueless as a kid! )
We had a good meal in any event.

I had a 20oz rib eye that was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The restaurant gets very busy, especially at weekends, but the service is good and the orders come out quickly enough.
